Shipping is handled with care, and we aim to be clear and realistic about how and when orders are dispatched
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For items listed as being in production or available for pre-order, estimated dispatch times will be clearly shown at the time of purchase. These timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary slightly due to the nature of small-batch making.

Orders are shipped using tracked delivery services where available. Delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once an order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Please ensure that all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. Mum & Co cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional postage costs may apply before it can be resent.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer either:
a replacement (where available), or
a refund
Where an order contains multiple items, all products will usually be shipped together. In some cases — particularly with pre-orders — items may be dispatched separately. If this applies, it will be communicated clearly.
If you wish to have all parcels dispatched at the same time, please leave a note with your order and we will do our best to oblige.
