Are your products handmade?

Yes. All Mum & Co products are made in small batches by hand. Because of this, natural variations in colour, texture, and finish can occur between batches. This is part of the process and does not affect quality or safety.

 


 

Why do some products come and go?

Our range is organised into Core, Returning Favourite, and Seasonal lanes.

Core products are always available.
Returning Favourites reappear intentionally.
Seasonal products are made for a particular time of year or moment.

This structure allows us to keep the range considered, manageable, and sustainable.

 


 

What are the rituals (Citrine, Ember, Quiet)?

The rituals are a way of grouping products by how they fit into everyday life, rather than by scent family or trend.

Citrine focuses on clarity and everyday use

Ember supports grounding and transition

Quiet is designed for softness and background calm

There’s no right or wrong way to use them — they’re there to make choosing easier.

 


 

Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils?

We use both.

Some products are scented with essential oils, others with cosmetic-grade fragrance oils, depending on what works best for the product and the intended scent.

All fragrance materials comply with current IFRA standards and are used within safe limits.

 


 

Are your products natural?

We use a mix of natural and carefully selected synthetic ingredients. Our focus is on safety, performance, and suitability for everyday use, rather than labels or trends.

Full ingredient lists are provided on individual product pages using INCI names.

 


 

Can I return a product if I don’t like the scent?

Scent preference is very personal, so we’re unable to accept returns based on scent alone.

If you’re unsure about a product, please read the description carefully or contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to help you choose.

 


 

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographs where possible. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

 


 

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times begin once an order has been dispatched and may vary depending on location and postal service conditions.

Pre-order items will show estimated dispatch times on the product page.

 


 

Do you offer pre-orders?

Occasionally, yes.

If a product is available for pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page along with an estimated dispatch timeframe. These estimates may vary slightly due to small-batch production.

 


 

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Everyone’s skin is different. If you have sensitivities or allergies, we recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

 


 

Do you ship internationally?

At present, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

 


 

How should I store your products?

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For bath and body products, keeping them dry between uses will help extend their life.

 


 

Can I use your home fragrance products around pets & children?

Home fragrance products should always be used with care.

Keep wax melts, diffusers, and simmer pots out of reach of pets and children, and ensure spaces are well ventilated. Always follow usage instructions on the product page and included on the delivery inserts.
