Mum & Co is a small, independent business producing bath, body, and home products in small batches in the United Kingdom.

Products

All products are handmade in small batches. This means natural variations in colour, texture, scent strength, and finish may occur between batches. These variations are a normal part of the making process and do not affect product quality or safety.

Product images and descriptions are provided as a guide only. While we make every effort to represent products accurately, colours and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings.

Use of products

Our products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated. Please review the ingredient list before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Mum & Co cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions caused by individual sensitivities or misuse of products.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

an item is out of stock

there is a pricing or listing error

payment cannot be authorised

If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded promptly.

Pre-orders

Where products are listed as being in production or available for pre-order, estimated dispatch times will be clearly stated. These times are estimates and may vary slightly due to the nature of small-batch production. Any significant delay will be communicated clearly.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout.

All content on this website — including text, images, product names, branding, and design — is the property of Mum & Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
